Geometry
Geometry meets 4 times a week on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (not on Tuesday).
The class starts at 7:50am and goes to 8:40. It is very important to be on time.
Materials need for class:
- 3-ring, compositon or spiral notebook filled with graph paper
- pencils and erasers
- ruler (inches and centimeters
- graphing calculator (TI 84+ is recommended - look for sales)
- compass for making circles
Homework Help and Support:
- The publisher of our text (College Preparatory Math) has created a homework help site, http://www.cpm.org/
that leads the student through the steps and thinking that is involved
with each problem. I highly advise that students and interested parents
use this for math support. At the website, choose "student" or
"parent" and then click on "New! CPM Homework Help" - then click on
the test we are using.
