Progress reports were sent home on Friday, January 6th. They need to be signed and returned ASAP. Additionally, it is time to bring glue sticks to class every day. One more thing - If you are running out of space in the science journal, it is time to get a new one. A spiral notebook will work just fine.

Nebula - Begin research on the history and use of calendars. Look for three sources for your information and record them using the OSLIS Citation Maker. Download your design folder here. In class on Tuesday I will be checking your research. Think about photos you might want to bring from home to include in your calendar. These photos will be scanned and returned. |

Supernova - You are designing and creating a business card based on a teacher/staff member's ideas. You now know who you are making the card for and should have contacted them by now to set up a time to exchange ideas. Design an order form that you can give to your client so that they can communicate to you their preferences. You will need to record the resources you used to get ideas for the business card as well as for the business card order form.
