Fundraising at Roseway Heights
Fundraising is a very important part of our school’s budget. Great fundraising efforts mean the difference between an adequate education and an enhanced education full of many exceptional and enriched activities, which all children benefit from. At Roseway Heights we strive to raise money for the school in the simplest and least expensive ways for our families. The fundraising companies listed below are passive fundraising solutions. In most cases going to these sites to do your regular shopping, Internet searches and so forth can add revenue to the school’s budget. Mere pennies and dollars raised through these sites may not seem significant at first. However, as more people use these programs those pennies and dollars can add up to hundreds and possibly thousands to benefit the school!
These sites are not limited to just Roseway Heights families. Anyone can use these sites to benefit the school. Share this page with extended family and friends. Please check this page regularly as we will be adding new fundraising options.

Year Round Fundraising
Scrip Gift Cards are an easy, free way to make money for our school. It is a dollar to dollar exchange for gift cards and certificates accepted at places we already shop. Roseway Heights buys scrip at a discount from each merchant: we use their cards; we keep the profit. We get full face value of our purchase!
Order forms are due Tuesday at 8am in your child's classroom or front office Scrip Envelope. Scrip cards will be distributed to families on Thursdays afternoons in the Galleria or in your child’s backpack (with signed waiver).
Click here to see a full list of participating merchants and download the order form to your computer.
Sign up for eScrip – a painless, easy way to contribute to Roseway and it costs you nothing. Go to the eScrip program site and register your Safeway grocery store loyalty card and your various debit and credit cards. Participating merchants make contributions to our school based on purchases you make with the registered cards. Think of eScrip as a supplement to our regular scrip program: RWH gets a higher return from regular scrip than from eScrip, but if your debit or credit card is registered with eScrip, RWH can still benefit even when you don’t have a scrip gift card with you.
To sign up:
- Go to escrip.com and click on “Sign Up – It’s Free”.
- Enter “Roseway Heights” as the organization you are supporting and click the Search button

Participating local stores include Safeway, Zupans, Eddie Bauer, Barnes and Noble. Do your online shopping via the eScrip Online Mall and merchants like Apple, Amazon, Nordstrom, Office Max, Gap, and Home Depot will contribute to RWH. Additionally, there are many restaurants in Portland that will give 2.5% of the bill--including the tip--to us. After signing up to eScrip, go to the home page and click on the Escrip Dining Rewards box to see a long list of participating local restaurants such as Aztec Willies and Joey Rose Taqueria, Thatch, Wine Down on 28th, Kells, Il Piatto and almost every Burger King in the Metro area.

We’ve discovered a terrific way to raise funds for our school. It’s super-easy, and all you have to do is use your Target® Visa® or Target® Card. We will receive a percentage of the amount of each purchase in the form of a cash donation from Target through the Take Charge of Education® program. It’s easy. Just visit target.com/tcoe, or call 1-800-316-6142 to designate our school when you use your card. So if you’re going to Target anyway, please consider using your Target® Visa® or Target® Card. Big thanks to those who are already doing their part to make a great school even better.
