Lost and Found

Are you missing your child's favorite coat? Check the Lost and Found (located in the cafeteria) today! Clothes are taken away the second Friday of each month and donated to the PTSA Clothing Center.

To volunteer to help with the Lost and Found or with the PTSA Clothing Center, contact Jenny Fleenor at 503-953-4921.

Anna Sapienza

HI! I am Anna and I teach the third grade students here at MLC.

As a native Oregonian I am so excited to be at a school with such a rich history, in a lovely part of our beautiful city. I come from a large family, and love that I have never had a student with more siblings than I have. My husband Justin is also a native and works for PPS. We have two adventurous children who entertain us and keep us very busy!

I have happily been at MLC for seven years now. I first came as a lucky student teacher from the PSU Graduate School of Education in 2003. This is my sixth year teaching third grade, but I did spend a few years away. My first year as a teacher was at Bridger Elementary with kindergarteners and recently I took a year off to be with my own children. It feels great to be back! I absolutely love our school community and third grade.
