Shadow days are FULL and we are NOT taking any more requests for shadows. IF your son/daughter is selected to attend MLC then we will be happy to arrange a shadow time to assist in your decision. We apologize for any inconvience this may cause.

Students and their families are required to attend one of our scheduled information programs. We want you to make a thoughtful and informed decision to attend our school. Reservations are not necessary for these meetings; just show up, sign in, and bring your child so that he/she can have an opportunity to visit our classrooms.
One of our goals is to maintain stable and supportive school enrollment by attracting families that understand our school and value its mission, traditions, and programs. We help prospective MLC families learn about who we are by scheduling a number of visitor activities. Please come by for one of our presentations at any of the following times:
*Daytime informational meetings are hosted by our administrators, support staff and students and a tour of classrooms is included.
**Evening informational meetings are hosted by our administrators and teachers.

After your family attends an Informational meeting, it is possible for your student to spend a morning visiting classes. To inquire about our "Shadows" please contact our registrar at 503-916-5739 (am only). Shadows go from 8:30 to 11:30 for grades 6 thru 12. In grades K thru 2, parents will spend a 1.5 hours in the AM with their child. Plan to attend an information meeting before requesting a shadow appointment. In grades 1 thru 5, we are not doing shadowing because we rarely have any slots open up in these grades but we do create a wait list. If a slot opens up, we will arrange a shadow time with families that request it.
