I'm looking forward to working with your 4th or 5th grade child this year. A little about me: I grew up in Seattle and attended Western Washington University where I graduated with a business degree. I spent several years working in hi-tech and during that time got my Masters in Education from Seattle University. In 1994 I moved to Portland. I spent several years at home raising my sons who are now 13 and 15 years old and attend da Vinci Arts Middle School and Madison High School (Portland Public Schools). I started my teaching career at Marysville and have taught technology and 4th and 5th grades (my favorite!). I love to travel and meet new people, I have two miniature schnauzer dogs, Max and Otto, and I spend a great deal of my free time reading books and watching movies.
