Overview of year
It's hard to believe that we are almost at the end of February. Already this year we have learned lots.
In math: geometry, factorization and prime numbers, multiplication, division, and we are currently studying fractions, decimals and percents.
In science: micro-organisms, life chains and webs, variables, investigations and experiments.
In social studies: We have completed a simulation on explorers and are currently studying colonial times.
In reading: We regularly look at various reading strategies and genres.
In writing: We have written narratives and informational articles, Currently, we are writing research papers, creating power points, and presenting speeches.

All About Me!
In my spare time: I love to travel, read, bowl, play games, and bargain shop at garage sales. My favorite subject to teach is math and I believe strongly in teaching children responsibility.
