Madison SUN Community School
SUN (Schools Uniting Neighborhoods) Community Schools in Multnomah County are full-service neighborhood hubs where the school and partners from across the community come together to make sure students and families have what they need to be successful – in school and in life. Madison’s sponsoring lead agency is the Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization (IRCO).
Madison SUN Community School works to engage the community in a systematic way to educate and support youth and to provide wrap around supports that eliminate barriers to students’ academic success. We provide everything from school supplies to tutoring services, including:
After-school programming • Adult & community classes • Family events • Food Pantry • Case Management and Referrals

Volunteer with the Food Pantry by helping set up or distribute food on Wednesday evenings.
