I am proud to be a 1985 graduate of Madison High School. After earning a degree in health education from the University of Oregon I was hired at Madison to advise the newspaper and yearbook. Thank goodness for that minor in journalism! Now, 28 years later, I find that I am every bit as excited to be a Senator as I was the day I entered the school as a freshman.
