ALL NIGHT GRAD PARTY INFO!

Dear Senior Parent or Guardian:

As the year draws to a close and you begin to get busy with graduation preparations you may need a quick reminder of events, dates and times. The  graduation page on the LHS website will help keep you informed and up to date.

The All Night Grad Party is a fun and safe time to build memories for your senior. Below is a note from our PTSO about this special event.

LESS THAN A MONTH LEFT FOR THE SENIOR CLASS OF 2015!

Two very important action items for the All Night Grad Party.

First, We must have all signed permission slips and medical waivers along with payment of $100 turned in ASAP!  Please have your child bring these to the  main office and place them in the GRAD box . Here is the attached waiver and permission slips if you need to print them.

 http://www.pps.k12.or.us/schools/lincoln/files/school-lincoln/2015_Grad_Night_Waiver_.pdf

All Paperwork and payments need to be turned in before student can board the bus...NO EXCEPTIONS! (If financial help is needed, please turn in forms and see your counselor) The earlier the payments are made, the better the party will be! Please get these in as soon as possible!

If you are unsure if you have paid or turned in your forms, please contact April Paris at akparis@comcast.net

We are hoping for 100% participation!  This is a chance for the Senior Class to have one last hurrah all together in a safe, fun and special atmosphere!

Secondly, we will be collecting bathing suits and towels at lunch time on both Tuesday, May 19th as well as Wednesday, May 20th in the Senior Hall. Please have your students bring their suits and towels in a white kitchen garbage bag, marked clearly with their name.  We will have bags and markers at these drop off days if they forget to bag them.  We will put them in a bin and bring them to the event. They are NOT allowed to bring anything on the bus so these must be turned in prior to June 8th.

There will be one last opportunity to bring them on June 4th at Senior Check out, but with the craziness of graduation, we highly suggest getting them to us earlier on the 19th or 20th.  Please feel free to call or email April Paris at akparis@comcast.net  or 503-807-5966 with any questions.

Have Questions?  Please contact April Paris akparis@comcast.net or Geni Director at gdirector@comcast.net

GRADUATION TICKETS?

SENIOR EXIT SURVEY

Every senior needs to complete their senior survey in Naviance.  If the senior survey is not completed by May 31, you will be unable to pick up graduation tickets until it is completely finished.  This survey also tells us where to send your final transcript.  If the survey is not filled out, your final transcript will not be sent.
