Below are links for mathematics at Lent School. The current focus in 8th grade math is learning linear algebra. We are using the first four chapters of the algebra 1/2 text, the same book as the 9th grade algebra course. Portland Public Schools have put a strong emphasis on algebra preparation for 8th grade students.
