Thank you for visiting my website. I still remember telling my mom as a freshman in high school that I wanted to be a teacher. From that point on, I never wanted to do anything else. After graduating from the University of California at Berkley in 2001, I attended graduate school at the University of Amsterdam and the Free University in Berlin. I was also an instructor at the Free University. After four years living in Europe, I decided to move to Portland and attend Lewis & Clark's Education Program in 2005.

This is my seventh year teaching in Portland Public Schools. I have taught both at the upper and elementary levels. It is very exciting to now be a member of the Laurelhurst community.
