Equipping Your 8th Grader for High School

Learn How to Help Equip Your 8th Grader for High School!

We would like families and their 8th graders to join us at Lane on Wednesday, December 17th at 6:15 p.m. for a presentation that will address how you can help prepare your student for eighth grade.

The presentation will be about an hour long and will cover topics from the process for applying to a high school outside of your neighborhood to sharing expectations high schools will have for your students.

There will be two simultaneous presentations - one presented in English with Russian and Vietnamese interpreters, and the other presented in Spanish.

Each presentation will include a high school counselor, vice principal, previous students and our middle school counselor.

There will be free childcare for younger family members and ice cream sundaes at the end of the presentation!

We would love to see you and your 8th grader!
