About:
Kelly Elementary is located in southeast Portland located close to a new mass transit station. The school was built in 1953 and is home to approximately 470 K-5 students who come from diverse cultural backgrounds. Kelly staff and students benefit from a number of partnerships with community agencies. Our highly qualified staff works hard to provide targeted instruction for our students using a variety of strategies. Kelly students have made consistent progress in math, reading and writing on statewide assessments over the last four years.
