- Taught Pre K-5 General (Orff) music and chorus in Portland Dist. since 1990.
- Private piano and French horn studio
- Currently performs with Mt. Hood Pops as Priniciple Horn and with the Sanctuary Church Worship Team on keyboards.
- Previous performing groups include: Cascade Brass Quintet, Oregon Symphonic Band, Vancouver Symphony Orchestra
- Teaching Philosophy:
- Muisc make us human. It expresses our souls in a way that is basic to our existence. Every person eneds to develop tools to enable self ownership of this basic human element of music.
- Special Interests:
- Piano and French Horn, Classical music (especially the symphony)
- Knitting, biking and the outdoors.
- Favorite symphony composer is Gustav Mahler.
- Favorite keyboard composer is JS Bach
- Favorite horn composer is WA Mozart
