Portland Public Schools has released a near-term growth plan for ACCESS Academy, allowing for this alternative program serving highly gifted students to grow from 218 to 250 students next year and to as many as 320 students in 2014-15.
PPS families and school staff are busy wrapping up the 2012-13 school year yet many are also making plans for next year. Among important aspects of the 2013-14 calendar is the timing of back to school and the Jewish New Year, Rosh Hashana.
