It's not too early to get signed up for kindergarten for next year.  Here's what you do!

Visit the district website about kindergarten.  There is a lot of information there and answers to many frequently asked questions.  The site is  http://www.pps.k12.or.us/departments/kindergarten/

Call the school to arrange for a visit and tour.  Check our website and visit any of the events listed on the calendar.  Feel free to attend drama productions, family nights, or PTA meetings to check us out and meet other families and students.

Come into the school to pick up paperwork and add your name to our list for 2012-2013.

Learn watercolor techniques and paint your own fish in this Australian Aboriginal style.  Light dinner served at 6:00 p.m.  Please call Dusty at 503.916.6209 no later than Friday, March 2, to let us know if you plan to have dinner at the school so we have enough food.  This event is free to Grout families.  This is a family event so students must attend with their parents.

Shopping is Fundraising

Use gift cards purchased through PTA to do your shopping. There is no cost to you!

There are gift cards for groceries, restaurants, retailers, automotive, and much more. You just fill out an order and submit it to the main office by the dates listed below.  The gift cards arrive on Friday of the same week so you can use them for your regular purchases.  There is no cost to you-if you purchase $100 in gift cards you receive $100.  The merchants charge our PTA a little less and that's how we raise funds for school and classroom activities.  It's easy!

Orders due on March 5, April 2, May 7, and June 4.
