We have been sponsored this year by PacificSource Health Plans and Louisiana Pacific as part of the 2011 Knowledge Universe Tools for Schools backpack giveaway program, and each student will receive a new backpack on September 9th filled with supplies! Because of the generosity of our sponsor, you will not need to purchase supplies for your child’s classroom this summer, as many of the items will be provided in the backpacks! Backpacks will be filled with pencils, notebooks, folders, erasers, crayons or colored pencils, glue sticks, a ruler, scissors and a pencil pouch, in quantities that should last throughout the year. Please be aware that teachers have other classroom needs for students and there are items on the list to the left that will not be provided.  Here is the list of supplies that will be included in the backpacks:
