Why I Teach: I enjoy providing students with the opportunity to explore the natural world around them and giving them the tools to ask questions, investigate phenomena, and develop personal theories as to why and how the world works.

What I Believe: Students should expect a rigorous learning environment in which they are rewarded for their efforts and learn how to improve based on recognizing mistakes and fallacies.

Who Inspires Me: Bill Nye and Neil deGrasse Tyson are two of my modern day heroes.

My Favorite Things: I enjoy riding my bike around this beautiful city as well as reading as often as I can.
