Franklin Foundation More than Halfway to Goal!
Money raised in our Crowbar Campaign (a call for $10 donations) along with money raised during the direct appeal at the auction leaves us with just over $9000 in our Franklin Foundation account. Our goal is $15,000, intended to fund a .15 FTE so Franklin can hire a full-time art teacher for 2012-2013. To support this effort, please go to www.allhandsraised.com and select "Give Now". Crowbar Campaign for FHS Foundation Established in February 2012!
To kick off the establishment of the Franklin High Foundation (which raises money specifically for staffing needs), a "Crowbar Campaign" has been launched and is seeking 100 donations of $10.00 a piece by March 1, 2012! Sara and Brad Tetreault pried open their wallets and made the very first $10 deposit last week; so, the effort is up and running! If you want to support this effort with a ten-ner, please drop a check made out to FHS Foundation off at the FHS office, or contact Lisa Zuniga at lisazuniga@yahoo.com. Checks in larger or smaller denominations are also very much welcomed.
