Dear Faubion Families,
We are off to a busy and exciting year at Faubion. My schedule is a little different this year. I will be teaching ELL students all day on Fridays. I will need to limit most of my counseling responsibilities to Mon-Thurs.
To cover all the material in less time I will be visiting classrooms for a trimester. The activities are varied depending on the grade level. Here are a few of the topics I will be covering with each grade level:
PK-2 Second Steps Problem Solving Curriculum and Life Skills
3-6 Steps to Respect Anti-Bullying curriculum and Life Skills
6-8 Cooperative Skills, Student Success Skills and Service Learning Activities, and transition to high school activities.
This is just the beginning. Feel free to stop by and see my new office across from the cafeteria in room 19.
