On the Willamette River
In 6th Grade Life Science we study the Characteristics of Life, Classification, Cells, Plants, Animals, Ecology, Environmental Problems, and Human Health. We "do science" using a process called scientific inquiry.  We often use data about birds in Life Science, mainly because birds are so interesting and easy to observe. Many days of the school year we will go outside to do our research.
