Supply Wish List

The items on this list are NOT available to teachers through our district ordering system, and students make use of them every year. Everyone is conscientious at the beginning of the year, but our needs are always on-going. Please check here throughout the year for classroom needs. All of your donations are GREATLY appreciated.


  • Double-stick scotch tape
  • Colored Duct Tape rolls (the best place to purchase is at Andy & Bax on MLK Blvd.) also colored electrical tape is good
  • Hand sanitizer (NO anti-bacterial - Alcohol ONLY - Lysol wipes as well)
  • Colored pencils
  • Colored printer paper
  • Markers - THIN & THICK
  • Rubber cement (lots of art projects this year)
  • Expo dry erase marker (multiple colors - NO fine point, please)
  • Glue gun glue sticks - regular size
  • Sticky notes - 2 1/2" x 3" or the 4" x 4" sizes
  • Sharpie brand markers (all tip sizes - ULTRA FINE, FINE, CHISEL - and colors)
  • Black Fine or Pinpoint markers (for making good black lines on drawings)
  • GRAPHIC DESIGN/PHOTO/IMAGE CATALOGUES OR BOOKS (kids use these frequently in our class - if you are or know a graphic designer or anyone in the ad agency world, ask them if they have old books they'd like to donate)
  • Kleenex Tissue

  • Metal hand held pencil sharpeners
  • AA & AAA batteries
  • College ruled loose leaf paper
  • Card stock weight paper (various colors)
  • Glitter and/or glitter glue (various colors)
  • Multi-colored pocket folders
  • Multi-colored accordion folders
  • Plastic page protectors (thick weight)
  • Calligraphy pens/makers (with felt tips, especially for the 2009-2010 school year)
  • Alphabet stickers (craft stores, scrapbook stores)
  • Stencils (almost any kind)
  • Rubber stamp pads (various colors)
  • Stickers (any kind)
  • Word games (Scrabble isn't the only one out there. How about: FUNGLISH, PICTUREKA, BUZZ WORD, IN A PICKLE, LAST WORD, IMAGINE IF, MAD GAB, TABOO)
  • Playground equipment: basketball, football, rubber 4-Square balls, jump ropes, badminton rackets & birdies, a croquet set, hoola-hoops, soccer ball, sidewalk chalk, foxtails, large size kickball, beach balls
