Remember to wear comfortable gym shoes for PE. High heels, strapless footwear, and flip flops are not appropriate.
Keep working on keeping active at home while eating fruit and vegetables along with your everyday meals. Exercise and good nutrition goes a long way towards a "healthy" lifestyle
I will be stressing fitness and "core" strength with all grade levels. It will be integrated with the district adoption called "The Spark PE Curriculum".
