Thank you for participating in Capitol Hill's Community Learning Center. Within a week after submitting your registration form for classes, your child will bring home a confirmation notice listing the CLC activities s/he received as well as an invoice for those classes. Please note the following:

1. Payment must be received prior to the start of the first class. Please make your check out to Capitol Hill PTA - CLC and return it to Debra Crockett or the school office. Free or Reduced Lunch families will receive most classes at a reduction, and Computer Lab, Homework Club, Thursday's Math Class and ELL classes at no cost! (If your family would like to help defer the cost of our scholarships, we would gladly accept a donation of any amount. Thank you!)
2. Families will not be able to register for classes until previous balances are paid.
3. Registration ends  A late fee of $10.00 will be applied if registration is received after January 5th.
4. If you would like to sign up for additional classes, please email your choices to Debra Crockett at: dcrockett@pps.net to see if the class is still available.
5. ExAcademy staff will announce the daily CLC classes to remind students of their classes. Kindergarten and first grade students will be escorted by the ExAcademy staff to the gym to meet the CLC instructor .
6. PLEASE WAIT FOR YOUR CHILD IN THE FRONT HALLWAY AT THE END OF THEIR CLC CLASS. The CLC instructor will walk the children to the front hall where they will meet their parent or authorized pick-up person or go to their ExAcademy leader.
7. Please contact Debra Crockett at 503-916-6311 or by email: dcrockett@pps.net if your child will be absent from his/her CLC class but was at school during the regular school day.
