General Information

• $45.00 per class (except for Young Rembrandts, Lunchtime Choir and ArtWaves)
• $10.00 per class for Free and Reduced Lunch Families (except for AKA Science, ArtWaves and Young Rembrandts)
• Computer Lab, Homework Club and ELL (English Language Learners) at no cost for Free and Reduced Lunch Families.

Important Dates and Reminders:

• Please note that classes are Tuesday – Friday this term.
• Completely and neatly fill out the registration forms.  Incomplete registration forms will be returned.
• Registration begins on Monday, December 13^th and ends Thursday, January 6^th.  A late fee of $5.00 will be applied if registration is received after 1/6/2011.
• Confirmations will be sent home on Tuesday, January 11^th.
• Payment is due upon receipt of confirmation and before classes begin.  Please send checks made out to Capitol Hill PTA.  Students cannot attend classes until tuition is paid for the term.
• Classes are dismissed at 3:15 unless otherwise indicated.  Please be prompt for pickup and wait for your child in the foyer.
• No classes on school closure days.
