06-Oct-2011 - Dear Bridger Families, I wanted to let you know that there was a boiler malfunction at the school today and steam was released into the boiler room, setting off the alarm. Students and staff safely evacuated the building. The fire department responded and the boiler problem was resolved. Students and staff were then able to return to the building and resume their school day. Our students and teachers did a great job of following our steps for a safe exit and return. Thank You Brenda Fox Principal
22-Sept-2011- Changes to First and Second Grade Classrooms--After much consideration, we have decided to adjust our first and second grade classrooms due to the large amount of students in the second grade classroom. We have had seven students enroll after September 6, 2011. As you know class size is a major indicator in the success of young learners. If you have questions, please feel free to contact the classroom teachers or ask during back to school night Thursday. We are here to make the transition as smooth as possible for everyone. We truly appreciate your support with this matter and believe that this is in the best interest for all the kids in our learning community. The transition will happen on Friday, September 22, 2011. We will have one first grade, one second grade, and one first/second grade.
