May 26th - The Jim Bridger Mt. Man FUND run, Family Walk and Parkour Challenge! (Fundaiser)

This event helps fund the fun at Bridger from Playworks to the Fall Ball! Spread the word, invite your friends, families, neighbors and co-workers!  Thanks to our generous sponsors all event proceeds benefit Bridger School. Register TODAY

 

June 2nd - Living La Vida Health Bike Ride and Community Fair! (Free Event)

Families, neighbors and friends will cycle together through the beautiful, historic neighborhood of Montavilla this spring. The six mile route will start at Bridger School's water garden and loop around the neighborhood using available bike lanes, lower volume streets and the I-205 Trail.

All ages are welcomed, but riders under age 18 must ride with a parent/guardian or an assigned "Bike Buddy".

Community Fair

The fun will not stop after the ride! Bridger PTA will be hosting a community fair on the school’s playground from 10:00am until noon. Children can pick up a "Passport to Health" and visit the following activities. Get it stamped and receive a prize!

Construction bond discussion gets specific

Community feedback will help Superintendent Carole Smith and the Portland School Board determine the timing, size and priority of a bond to update antiquated school buildings.
