4/5 Blend Classroom Supply List

Many of the supplies listed will be shared by the whole classroom community.  Some items will be for personal use and I will give class time for students to write their name on these items.  Please remember to reuse and recycle school supplies from last year. 

• Backpack
• scissors
• 1"--3 ring binder
• tabbed dividers (5 tabs) 
• 1 pack 3 ring white lined paper (college or wide rule)
• Color markers
• colored pencils
• 2 large glue sticks
• 1 package of small glue sticks (minimum 2)
• 1 writing composition notebook *I'll provide these this school year*
• 3 folders with 2 (horizontal) pockets 
• 1 dozen #2 pencils
• 2 reams of white copy paper 8.5x11
• 2 fine tip black Sharpie markers
• 2 ultra fine Sharpie markers
• 12" ruler

Please choose 1 item from the list below: 

• 1 box Kleenex
• 1 box Band-aids
• 1 pack Post-It Notes (large or small)
• pink or white gum eraser
• pencil top erasers
• highlighters (any color)
• masking tape
• clear Scotch tape
• hand sanitizer
• plastic forks or spoons
• 1 package of 3x5, 4X6, or 5x8 index cards (choose 1 size)
• Ziplock bags (quart size)
• Bleach wipes

Optional Items:

• Water bottle (highly suggested) 
• Thumb drive
• Flash Cards
• Pencil pouch or supply box

Supply Wish List:

There are several supplies that we use throughout the year that we can always use more of.  They're other supplies that would help embellish many art projects.  Please do not feel that you are required to purchase anything.  If you can donate anything from the list below new or gently used, it would add above and beyond to our classroom and enrich our learning.  With much appreciation and gratitude.
