Spanish Immersion Schedule for 2011-2012
All families applying to the Immersion Program must attend a tour or an evening meeting. Limited spaces are available. These tours involve going into the classrooms during instructional time, therefore we request no children on the tours.
TOURS - we will begin scheduling tours after January 17, 2011.

Tour dates: February 2, 9, 16, 23 and March 2, 2011, beginning at 11:45 am in the library

Evening meetings: January 27 and Feburary 17, 2011 beginning at 6:30 PM in the Ainsworth auditorium

Ainsworth Kindergarten 2011-2012
All interested families with children entering Kindergarten for 2011-2012 can stop by the school office beginning August 2011 to pick up a registration packet. Your child must be 5 years old by September 1, 2011 to register. You will need the following documentation for the registration process to be completed:
- PPS Registration Form (included in the registration packet from the school office)
- Certificate of Immunization Status Form (included in the registration packet from the school office)
- Proof of Age (birth certificate, hospital certificate, baptismal certificate, passport)
- Proof of Address (2 pieces of any of the following: Lease agreement, real estate statement, current utility bill, credit card billing statement, current state and federal tax return)
- Home Language Survey (included in the registration packet from the school office)
- Full day Kindergarten Contract (included in the registration packet from the school office)
- Payment form (included in the registration packet from the school office)
Registration Information for grades 1 - 5 2011-2012
All interested families with children entering grades 1 - 5 for 2011-2012 can stop by the school office beginning August 2011 to pick up a registration packet. The registration packet will include the following:
- PPS Registration Form
- Home Language Survey
- School records request - please know the address of your child's previous school
We ask that you provide:
- Immunization records
- Proof of age
- Proof of residency (2 pieces of any of the following: Lease agreement, real estate statement, current utility bill, credit card billing statement, current state and federal tax return)
