Week of February 20, 2012
English 1-2- 8th graders - Suntara Loba, student teacher from Lewis and Clark College will be conducting this class.
We have just begun our unit on Homer's The Odyssey. This week our focus will be on building background knowledge for our reading. We will begin reading The Odyssey the week of Feb. 13th with a focus on comprehension and identifying what makes a hero within the book, the world around us, and in our personal lives.
Please note that students have received copies of late and revision work policies. Any work that needs to be turned in/revised before end of quarter grades must be in accordance with these policies.
