Dear Abernethy Community,
A successful Auction depends upon the involvement of Parents, Community and Teachers. Please
consider one (or more) of the following ways to participate in our most important fundraiser of the year:
HELP WITH YOUR CHILD’S CLASSROOM PROJECT: Volunteers are needed to contribute their ideas,
time, talent and/or donations toward materials and construction. To learn how to help, please contact

BECOME A FAMILY OR BUSINESS SPONSOR: Monetary donations of any amount are welcome and
help underwrite this event. To learn how to take advantage of advertising or business promotion

HOST A SIGN-UP EVENT (Buy-In Party): Big money maker and a great way to meet new people! Past
examples include: Wig and Martini Party, Tea and Jewelry Making Party, Bar Olympics and more! If you
have a new Buy-In Party idea, would like to host a Buy-In Party; or if you have any questions regarding
