About Alliance High School at Meek

meek Alliance High Shool at Meek, (which sometimes goes by the longer name of Alliance High School at the Joseph L. Meek Professional Technical High School campus, or the shorter name of Meek ProTech), was previously called Vocational Village High School. No matter what name you use, the school has been providing Portland youth with career and technical opportunities and academic programs since its founding in 1968. We offer opportunities for students seeking an alternative to the traditional high school model.

Meek offers a smaller learning environment to students to be successful in school. An accredited high school in the Portland Public Schools district, we provide 16 to 21 year old students an opportunity to earn a high school diploma. The schools offers career and technical education programs in Arts and Communication, Manufacturing Technology, Business & Management, Mechanical Technology, and Natural Resources.
