Dressed for Snow and Ready to Go

The girls and boys in Mrs. Heinrich's second grade were Dressed for Snow and Ready To Go! In December 2000 each student made a model of themselves dressed in winter attire and hoped that it would bring snow. Unfortunately, we only saw a few flakes but we were toasty warm for the rest of the winter.

Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration

During March 2001 Mrs. Heinrich's second graders studied about the life of Martin Luther King Jr. We celebrated with writing poems, taking pictures, and mixing paint to match all our beautiful colors.
