Parent Academy returns with free classes
PPS launched Parent Academy in January with community partners, including Multnomah County Library, Step Up and Portland State University.
Classes are varied, but all share a goal of helping families support student achievement. Many of the classes include food and child care; look for the red torch graphic in the schedule.
Schedule and registration
The current schedule includes classes through December.
Families can register by calling 503-916-3080 or by completing this form and delivering or mailing it to: Office of Family Engagement, 501 N. Dixon St., Portland, OR 97227.
