Changing Your Password
As mentioned in the introduction, you will receive a Username and Password from your child’s school. You cannot change your Username. Unless needed, you should not change your password either. However, should your password become compromised, you may want to change it. To change your password, first click the General Info menu, and then click on Change Password.
The Change Password dialog box will open.
In the Enter new password field, enter your new password. Then re-type the same new password in the Retype new password field. Password rules are:
- One that you can remember easily
- Must be at least 6 characters in length, and a maximum of 10
- Can be letters and/or numbers
- It is case sensitive
After entering and re-entering you new password, click the Change button. A confirmation window will open. Click the Return button to close the confirmation window and return to the Demographics screen.
