Attendance and Academic Progress

Attendance (Current Activity > Attendance)

Selecting this choice will display a screen listing the student’s attendance history for the year. Click the radio buttons to view attendance by Period By Class or Period By Date.

Assignments (Academic Progress > Assignments)

Selecting this choice will display a screen listing the student’s assignments by course, due date, and grades for the year. Click the Details button to view information about a particular assignment.

(NOTE: Currently not all schools or teachers use eSIS gradebook to post assignments. Please also allow time for teachers to evaluate student work and post it to Parent Assist.)

Credits Earned to Date (Academic Progress > Credits Earned to Date)

This screen displays all courses taken at the high or middle school level that count toward graduation including final grades and credits earned.

Current Progress (Academic Progress > Current Progress)

This is the same screen that is displayed when you first log in to Parent Assistant. This screen provides a snapshot of attendance and reporting period grades. The screen includes a list of all courses for the entire year.

Click the Details button to view information about how the grade was determined or earned.

Curriculum History (Academic Progress > Curriculum History)

This screen displays the Marks and Comments for Elementary Grade (Standards Based) students. Click the drop down list next to Reporting Term, and select the reporting period you wish to view.
