I manage: Customer Care, Web Team and the Web Project Manager
I support teaching and learning by: Managing the staff and business processes that: provide flexible and easy to use web tools for school staff, ensure quick and appropriate provisioning of accounts for email, eSIS, network and other District applications, interface with clients on many levels including outgoing communications about outages, marketing for IT initiatives and special project support.
My road to PPS: I grew up in Oregon, got my Bachelor’s degree at Concordia University, started my technology career at a non-profit and began working for PPS in 2000. I started on the original "Help Desk", spent many years helping teachers and office staff troubleshoot technology issues. Over my tenure here, I've gained a passion for improving user experience and communications from IT to our wide audience of end users.
I like: College football/basketball, spending time with my 10 year-old son and doing personal styling for my friends and family.
