Jay Keuter - Client Services
Jay Keuter is the Director of IT Client Services. IT Client Services is the focal point for client contact and advocacy and represents the business unit our clients turn-to, to build partnerships for IT services and resources they need. The Client Services group encompasses Customer Care, IT Training, and Instructional Technology. Jay has over 18 years experience in education and spent his first 13 years in the district teaching a variety of professional technical courses, leading the small schools initiatives, and overseeing the technical environment at Franklin High School. He joined PPS IT in 2001 and served as Instructional Technology and IT Training Manager until 2008 when he was appointed to his current role as IT Client Services Director. He holds a Bachelors and Masters in Education from Oregon State University and has completed the Lewis & Clark College Continuing Education Administration program.
