IT Project Management

The IT Project Management Group is the central coordinating point for IT project management and follows a standard framework to effectively plan, track, implement and deliver projects on time, on budget, and on target.

As such, we have the following goals:

• Support our customers with a standard project management framework best suited for delivering IT projects on time, on budget, and on target.  Click here for our Project Lifecycle documentation.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders to foster collaboration and consensus.
• Continuously improve project management knowledge and skills to better meet district and department goals.
• Develop and maintain a repeatable approach to managing projects.

Our IT Project Work Request Form (You will be required to log in to your PPS Inside Page) is a great starting point if you or your department are considering a new project requiring services. Any project requesting technology services and resources now begins with the electronic filing of this form. We look forward to working with you!
