Newcomer Enrollments and IPT Assessments: While the bulk of ESL Newcomer students have been assessed at schools, we understand that new students who need assessment continue to trickle in to schools on a daily basis. If you have a newly registered student, please contact ESL Sr. Program Manager, Francisco Garcia –, 503-916-3097 – to coordinate a time when a tester can visit your building.   We are working at getting to all of your schools but priority will be given to Middle School and High School newcomers who need assessment in order to establish a class schedule.  If you have scheduled a time for a family to come in for MS or HS registration, please inform ESL so that we may arrange for immediate Assessment.
