Lines of Practice are to be used after lesson mastery is achieved. They can be used during independent work time, reteaching or for practicing at home. Students can use them individually or with partners. Lines of Practice can also be made into a game by having students roll a die, then reading the line that matches that number.

Horizons Fluency Stories

After a student has mastered the Horizons lesson that corresponds with the fluency story, this activity can be used to increase accuracy, rate and expression.
