What we do
Family/Parent Engagement: Consults with and supports school staff and administrators in assessing school-based family engagement efforts and identifying strategies for promoting and increasing school-home communication.

Employee Communications: Keeps employees informed about district-level news and involved in district initiatives. Edits PPS Inside.
- High School Marketing: Leads a team that is creating and executing marketing plans for identified high schools in support of high school system design.

Family Communications: Keeps parents/guardians informed about district-level news and involved in district initiatives.
- Family advisories: Creates and distributes advisories on district-related topics.
- Family correspondence: Works with administrators to send information to families.
- Newsletter stories: Produces items about districtwide issues for use in school newsletters.

- District Resource Manual: An online resource updated annually explaining central office functions.
- Event Calendar: Features school events of district-wide interest. Send basic information to pubinfo@pps.net at least 3 weeks in advance.
- Staff Directory: Published annually online and in hard copy form.
